Dumpster Rates

	These flat rates are for construction waste, demolition waste, tree limbs, and related types of debris, with a 3 ton maximum limit.
	Appliances, tires, batteries, and propane tanks are not accepted. Please call for more information if you have questions on the disposal of certain items.
	Charge accounts available for commercial customers with approved credit.
	Our normal service area includes Cherokee, Cobb, Bartow, Forsyth, Fulton, and DeKalb counties. However we do service areas beyond these counties. For locations outside these areas a small drop fee to accommodate the additional mileage may be required. Service Area Map

Dumpster Weight

	On average, most 10 yard dumpster used for household clean up weigh less than 1 ton or less.
	Remodeling and roofing jobs on small to medium size homes average 3.5 tons for 10 yard containers..
	What size dumpsters do you need? A standard home roofing job will use a 10 yard container for one layer. However, additional layers or larger homes may need a 16 yard dumpster. This information may help you in deciding on the correct size.
	10 Yard = 40 Square of Shingles
	15 Yard = 60 Square of Shingles
	For concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other very heavy material, only 20 yard containers, filled 1/2 full.
	Each yard of concrete or gravel will weigh 1 ton.

Royal Service Container Customer Agreement

Customer is responsible for any and all damage to containers on site.
Debris is not to be loaded over the top or sides of the container.
Royal is not responsible for damage to driveways, grass, shrubs, water lines, etc.
There is a $35.00 service charge on returned checks.
